Get off the beaten path on a private guided tour to explore the mountains and valleys surrounding Siglufjordur. Choose from the easy trail above town for the great views or cross the mountain passes to the northernmost deserted fjord of Hedinsfjordur.

We tailor make the hike depending on your preferred difficulty level and time in port.

Just send us an email with details of your group size, date and times, and preferences; and we'll get back to you to discuss what is best for you.

The exact itinerary depends on your preference.

The most popular hike of medium difficulty is over the passes of Holsskard and Hestsskard to deserted Hedinsfjordur, the northernmost fjord in the Trollaskagi peninsula.

A shorter and easier hike is along the trail up to the basin of Hvanneyraskal which offers fantastic views over the town.
