Seydisfjordur is one of the best-preserved coastal towns in Iceland. We pick you up at the dock and drive you around the charming town to see its pretty blue church and the Tvisongur sound sculptures by Lukas Kuhne where you can unleash your inner singer or experiment with your voice.
We will then drive over the mountain pass to Egilsstadir. You can stop on the way to visit the Gufufoss waterfall and admire the view over the town.
Egilsstadir, the capital of the Eastfjords, has a picture-perfect setting on the Lake Lagarfljot which is rumoured to host a mysterious lake monster.
Enjoy views of the town and lake, look out for the monster before heading back to your ship in time for departure.
Since it is a private tour, the exact itinerary can be tailored as per your preference. You can set the pace, stop for less or more time at the sights and for photos along the route.
